South Jersey Service Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage the front office by answering busy telephones, typing corresponding letters, scanning, and faxing. Other responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant will be meeting and greeting clients upon arrival and handling special administrative projects. What you get to do every single day: - Look after various office files and provide general office filing support - Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support - Create a welcoming environment for visitors - Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies - Help out other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks - Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills - Managing all incoming phone calls - Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
The Administrative Assistant must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, and prior front desk receptionist experience. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
